Workout 2:

Hi ladies and gents! Hope you are enjoying your day and are ready to get your sweat on. Make sure to warm up properly and below is the designated workout. Please keep in mind that I am not a professional when it comes to recommending exercises and I do not know your personal situation. Please make sure to use the proper body mechanics and take your time if you are new to working out. Enjoy!


  • Warm Up:

    • Push ups

    • Walking lunge (really focus on form including moving arms as if you are running)

  • Workout:

    • Pull ups

    • RDL


    • Backward lunge with 45lb bar for balance 3x10 each leg

    • Side plank 3x30 seconds each side


    • Box jumps 2-3 sets x5

    • Back: supermans 3x30 seconds each)


    • Abs:

      • Russian twist 10 each side

      • Weighted bicycle crunch (but weight is light and overhead. A crunch up is performed)

      • V ups (whatever variation you are able to do. I do the variation with bent knees!) 3x max

    • 20 minute incline walk on the treadmill or hike
