Athletic and physical activities are at the core of my personality. From the fourth grade, sports have just... clicked. I love solo sports like running/track and field, but also love team sports and group adventures like hiking, yoga, volleyball, and basketball. These pursuits are more than just hobbies; they are a vital part of who I am, keeping me motivated, energized, and connected to a community that shares my passion. Types Of Exercise To Try

Yaaaas! Man, I'm excited over here. I loooove exercise. Maybe you're on my same level? If you love the intense, excitement, and pure simplicity of movement...this is the place for you!

For those of you completely obsessed with upbeat music that makes you want to move and lift heavy things (Let me know if you want to know my playlists), this is the spot for you! Here are some exercises and full on gym lifting routines that I have created. I have been lifting weights since my sophomore year of high school with the football coach. I remember the first olympic lift I learned was a hang clean. That in supplement with my 5 years in collegiate athletics, I have never looked back. I love lifting!
